Today I wanted to share one of my favorite every day foods that I enjoy making. I like to make this macaroni casserole I like to make few times a month, and it usually lasts me few days since I make usually amount thats meant for 4-6 people.
This recipe should feed 4 people.
- 400 grams of minced beef
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 5 dl macaroni
- 5 dl of milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 0.5 teaspoons of grounded blackpepper
- 2 dl of grated cheese
- Start by frying the minced beef and onions in a frying pan. Cook the macaroni halfway cooked in salted water.
- Mix the the minced beef, onions and macaroni into a oven pan. Mix the egg texture with a fork, add milk and seasoning. Add milk/egg mixture into the pan so that it covers the macaroni/minced beef mixture. Put grated cheese on top.
- Cook in 180 celcius (356 Fahrenheit) for a about an hour.
That’s it, simple and good.
